About the tribute
Yes. Memorials, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and engagements, Mother's and Father's Day, dating anniversaries, pets, graduations, retirements, farewells. The technical structure is the same — what changes is the tone, soundtrack, and how the material is curated for each occasion.
Absolutely. The collection adapts to the occasion and guides you with the right questions — with imersivo, the depth is greater and more story-specific elements enter the experience (extra languages, voice narration, 'a touch of afeto.' picture frame that opens the tribute with a tap of your phone). With essencial, we use a proven structure and adapt it for the person.
If the first draft doesn't move them, we redo it — it's in the contract. There's 1 revision included with essencial and 3 with imersivo to adjust tone, media, and pacing. The work is only done when it moves people.
No. The briefing is raw material — not a script. Some things gain weight, others are left out so the whole breathes. When you receive it, it'll look different from what you imagined. That's how it needs to be. The revision afterward adjusts whatever doesn't feel right.
About the material
Everything works. Old scanned photos, recent phone photos, WhatsApp audio, video recorded on any camera, text you type. You don't need professional quality — afeto. is exactly about transforming everyday material into a cinematic experience.
There's the Photo Restoration add-on (4K HD): R$ 10/photo up to 5, R$ 8 per extra from 6 to 10, R$ 5 per extra from 11 to 20. Above 20 we arrange via WhatsApp. With imersivo, the first 5 restorations are already included.
That's fine. We work with what you have. A good tribute isn't about volume — it's about care. Sometimes 10 right photos move people more than 300.
It works. We've produced tributes with limited material (10 photos, 1 audio, 3 family phrases). What matters is the care in the curation, not the volume.
Absolutely. We create memorials with the same care. The tribute becomes a place for the family to return to whenever they miss them.
About the experience
You can. It's very common — children honoring living parents without them knowing. You handle the material and delivery; we produce it in complete secrecy. If you want to deliver it in person, there's the QR acrylic plaque add-on (R$ 99) — it becomes the gift object itself.
It's an acrylic piece with a QR code that points directly to the tribute. The recipient points their phone, and the experience opens. It becomes the physical gift object — goes on a shelf, nightstand, gravestone. R$ 99 with shipping across Brazil. Available as an extra with any package.
Yes. We arrange it together: you purchase, and we send it on whatever day you choose. There's the countdown option (opens automatically on the date), delivering the link in person, or the QR acrylic plaque as an extra.
With afeto. imersivo, up to 5 versions in other languages are included — great for international families or relatives who emigrated. With essencial, we can arrange it via WhatsApp.
With essencial, 1 revision is included. With imersivo, 3 revisions are included — enough to refine at your own pace. Revisions beyond that, we discuss without charging immediately.
About logistics
Generally 3 calendar days for essencial, 5 days for imersivo — counted from when all material is received. There's an express option (24 to 48h) for urgent cases, arranged directly via WhatsApp.
Pix (upfront, with a discount) or credit card in up to 6 interest-free installments via Mercado Pago. Upfront or in two stages — we can discuss via WhatsApp.
The tribute is hosted on the afeto. domain for as long as the brand exists. You receive a shareable link and can access or share it whenever you like.
The link can be public or password-protected — your choice. Content is stored on a private server; we never use it for marketing without authorization. If you need an extra layer of privacy, we can discuss via WhatsApp.
